After doing GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® with Kim in San Diego for 2 years, she moved to Oregon, and I was very sorry to see her leave. Dear Kim, You are the first person that got me to "drop my shoulders" and free up my poor aching neck (many have tried.) Although that was a great physical change it also produced a gentle and yet profound change in my "interior" as well... and for that I will always be grateful. Thank you! Breathe - yes - Breathe! When I remember to drop my shoulder blades down my back it feels so good! and my "new" neck feels so nice and long.. You also introduced me to the first form of exercise I truly enjoyed.
