・Introductory Package (3 sessions) $275
This package will help to develop an understanding and start to build a foundation of the method for those who would like to learn before committing to a bigger package.

1st session is 75 minutes which includes a client intake
and
(2) 60 minute private sessions

  • INDIVIDUAL CLASSES  - $90.00
  • PACKAGE OF 5 SESSIONS  - $425.00 ($85.00/session)
  • PACKAGE OF 10 SESSIONS  - $800.00 ($80.00/session)

GYROTONIC® SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

  • INDIVIDUAL CLASSES  - $65.00
  • PACKAGE OF 5 SESSIONS  - $300.00 ($60.00/session)
  • PACKAGE OF 10 SESSIONS  - $550.00 ($55.00/session)
