GYROTONIC®
The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® is a three-dimensional workout system that challenges your mind and body. A series of exercises are performed on a unique machine consisting of a bench and tower with a series of cables, pulleys and weights. Designed to work both sides of the body equally, the system places emphasis on the spine and creates a sense of space in the vertebrae to allow fluidity in movement.

GYROKINESIS®
With GYROKINESIS® exercise, the system works the entire body through seven natural elements of spinal movement: forward, backward, left side, right side, left twist, right twist and circular, as well as all other joint articulation.This methodology systematically and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating exercises.

With the combination of her personal style and exceptional professional training, Kimberly is able to inform the client's kinesthetic sensibility. Enriching her clients by teaching them how to incorporate body awareness and an ability to move naturally in their daily lives.

Kimberly is available to teach Private, Semi-Private and Group classes and is the ONLY studio in all of Central Oregon that offers Semi-Private and Group training in the GYROTONIC® Method.
